About Us

Nate and Mitchell Riley were born and raised in Pike Creek, Delaware. They attended local schools before graduating from Delaware Military Academy, and it was during those middle and high school years that Riley Bros. Property Services got its start — with nothing more than a push mower and two feet.

After high school, the brothers kept growing the business while continuing their education. Nate studied entrepreneurship and business start-up at Goldey-Beacom College and Delaware Technical Community College. Mitchell studied business start-up and management, also at Del Tech. Neither walked away with a college degree — but who's counting.

We've always taken pride in our work, and that hasn't changed. We're constantly pushing to grow, learn, and improve so we can better serve our clients — and we wouldn't be where we are today without the great client base that's supported us every step of the way.

That same drive has led us to grow beyond lawn care and pressure washing. In addition to Riley Bros. Property Services, we also own and operate:
